Do Wellesley or Weston even have hotels, let alone reasonably priced?
Small price to pay for all those future votes, amirite amigo? NYC, SF, Portland, soon Boston because of course it is, soon everywhere else! Start small, end big!

What baffles me is the amount that are showing up here just looking to be taken care of. How can this carry on ? I know immigrants who moved here and were able to get a place to live, get jobs and weren't a burden to anyone else. I think this is what is frustrating to many. We already pay taxes and have a high COL, we work hard to be here and watch these folks show up and get everything for free on us! If you can't understand how that is maddening I don't know what to tell you but I won't change my mind.

Nah, dead wrong, but you'll never admit it. Either you really don't understand the sometimes decades-long process required to become a citizen, or (more likely) you do but just love to stir up anti-brown resentment about white voters being replaced.

It's not even the vote piece that angers people nor does it have to do with skin color. We are living in times where the cost of everything is going up- inflation is at an all time high, electricity bills expected to skyrocket, school funding is not good and now they're making room for more non english speaking students....but then we keep hearing stories of all these migrants showing up with nothing needing money from our country, our states our cities and towns. This is not helping anything. It is adding more fuel to fires for people.

Imagine being a homeless person in MA and seeing all these people show up being taken care of, given hotel rooms, food and schooling.

Are you saying that services are not being made available to the homeless in MA?
