Just like when you buy a car, these days buyers know more about the vehicle than the salesman.
So true, I had a car salesman arguing with me about a feature I was looking for in a new model vehicle that I knew existed and when I asked if they had any vehicles on the lot that had it, he said none of them have that. I said oh yes they do, then I had to pull it up on the manufacturer website to show him. Needless to say I didn't buy from him.

I bought an EV and asked the salesman to charge it to 80%, not 100%. He said the issue was there would be no one to unplug it once it reaches 80%. I told him you can set the car to stop charging at 80%, just like with any EV. He told me "I had no idea you could do that".

There would be no one to unplug it? Did he mean to say he was so busy with tons of buyers purchasing EV's that he wouldn't have the 2 min to go over to your car and take care of that for you(based on him thinking there was no way to set the car to do it itself)? Sounds like he really earned his commission!

Sold for 385k in 2019 now listed at 839k in 2023. Looks like some work was done to it, but wow. That is quite an increase for a small home in 4 years time. So so glad I am not in need of home in this area.
It's now contingent.

30 fixed looks like it's about 7% too. 20% down and you are still well over 5 grand a month.

That's nuts, over $5K/month to live on a busy street. Also, not sure if everyone realizes but that house has NO basement....it's a crawl/slab! Notice the washer/dryer stacked in a closet....it's not even a full size washer dryer! Hope they don't have a lot of laundry..... that might get old quick doing multiple loads in that small stackable!

It was charged overnight so he thought someone would have to come at like 3am and sit around until it reached 80%.
