Companies need to stop being so greedy and increase all employee salaries according to inflation and COL of the area.....sorry but the few companies who still give the 2% annual cost of living raises aren't doing enough. I mean come on...does any CEO deserve to be making $5-10M a year or more. How about CEO's take like $1M pay cut.....there's a start. Then spread the wealth down to all the worker bees.

What about minimum wage workers?

I'd be in favor of more money for minimum wage workers if it meant less money for the CEO. But it usually doesn't work that way. It usually just means higher costs for consumers.

How about this place in Sudbury. Originally wanted a mill, now down to 900k. It's from 1790 so no teardown I'm guessing. Plus it's close to the road (and double line). I think this might be a tough sell.
