It probably will. It's close to the highway...and, again, it's on top of a hill.

What's wrong with on top of a hill? Is that bad or good ?

That Beverly house kind of reminded me of a Newport mansion. Also for some Scotland/Ireland castle vibes. Overall way too much house. But if someone told me I had to live there I wouldn't hate the idea.

Typically commission on a house this size is usually 4% or lower. Let's say they got 4%, so $731,000. Split that between two agencies so $365,000. Split that between the agent and the agency so $182,750. Sounds like a lot. Now deduct the cost of marketing that house for the 2 years and 9 months this agency had it for sale and I wouldn't be surprised if the agent cleared $125K.

The views and private beach are nice. Way too much house is right though. I imagine it is like a small business operation just trying to manage and upkeep the place. You probably need a crew of 10 landscaping guys to come a couple times a week, 10 housekeepers just to keep the place from accumulating dust in many rooms that probably won't even be used regularly, professional window washers to keep the sea spray off all those windows and the list goes on!

It's rude and mental, since when is butting into other's financial situations the acts of a decent human? It isn't. It never will be, unless asked to do so.

Bad in this case. Even at its current size, it barely fits there. Look carefully at the pictures.

People want level ground.

Now that you put it that way, it doesn't sound quite as nice. $125K still isn't anything to complain about though for having to unlock the door for a select few, well heeled prospective buyers.

If you've read the thread in its entirety reasons were provided as to why some folks choose to exercise their right to access data in the public registry and most often it happens when they are in the market to buy/sell. It doesn't involve butting into other's financial situations...in fact, they are likely never ever even in contact with the people whose data points they are using for their market research or whatever you'd like to call it.
