I totally agree.
Some people like to work because they feel it gives them a sense of purpose.
I can feel as though I have purpose and relax all day.

It's good exercise and usually a little more productive than simply going to a gym.

OK, while we're at it does anyone know where Walter Becker (Steely Dan) lives? The general area, that is.

It just goes to show that different people enjoy different activities. Gardening, growing, even yard work is enjoyable and relaxing for many. I could see that extrapolating out to a farm, and have a good friend who planted apple trees to grow apples as a hobby. He's not rich, he just chooses how to spend his time, and growing apples brings him much pleasure.

I am thinking the person wants to know where the celebs live? And even they are scattered not confined to one area.

Is it reasonable to suggest that Mr. J. Spyder is an opportunist for when the wealthy are back on the Mainland?
