College graduates think they are going to find jewbs just for owning a diploma... some people graduate with very low gpa's and scores and still get diplomas.

- No we don't have that here either (THAT DUMBASS WASN'T EVEN LOOKING OR WANTING TO HELP ME OUT AND THE ALBUM WAS THERE)

- now, get out.

I went back to the store 3 weeks later, and somehow that POKEMON recognized me!!! But this time I had some money to spend but didn't know what to buy. Upon my enetering to the store, Pikachu yells at me... HEY HEY HEY, You get out or else I call security!!
I showed her my money and then she escorted me around the store... I didn't buy anything at the end.
It would be hard for me to restrain myself from punching this person out!!!

I would give them a lesson in public relations. First off, I would begin to answer her questions with "That's none of your business". Second, I would question why she has an issue with me being in the store. Third, I would inform her that I am a potential customer and that she is an employee who's job is to satisfy me, the customer's, desires within reason.

Then I would ask her for her full name and employee number and tell her that I would be calling and mailing corporate to file a complaint for harassment.

I would then leave the store, file a lengthy complaint with corporate and come back 4 weeks later to see if she is still there. Rinse and repeat.

Was I ever that young??? You see... things like that never passed through my head back then

I was also hit by surprise, so the lady had advantage over me.

That's why I often don't fare well in those situations either!

me- Just browsing, thank you.

me (looking very carefully at her name tag) Oh does Office Max have a policy against browsing? I'll check with your corporate offices when I get home <insert her name here>. Frankly, I doubt it. Further, that's extremely rude behavior, and I will speak with your manager if you persist.
Email to corporate:

Dear Customer Relations,

I had the most most atrocious experience in my life at your store yesterday in ....Miami at 413pm EST. woman's name was .......... absolutely shocking ... two-bit high school flunkie employees behaving like predatory animals ... not the way to treat customers ... driving away business ... should have called the police ...so uncivilized ... manager was no help either ...i'm sure i'm not the only one ..

Something that happened to my mom @ sedano's... she was just strolling her kart when suddenly a lady who works there yells (not kidding) at to my mom: Hey, pick that up and put it here (spanish)...in a very rude and crude way. My mom was curious as to what she meant, and it happened to be about a bag of black beans that were on the floor. We don't even eat beans at my house and she blamed it on my mom (we eat alberjitas instead)... but that's besides the point. Such treatment shouldn't be allowed. I ended up picking up the bag for her... my mom just wont argue with animals, no point of lowering one's self to prove a point.

doesnt matter. emails to corporate never help. all the mcdonalds in south dade were taking out their ice cream machines at one point because they got tired of paying for repair on them. we climbed the chain up to the regional manager and all he said was 'yeah we have a problem'.

many months later they installed them again and the issue was resolved.

cheesecake factory at the falls or dadeland mall? i dont remember which one because we dont go there much anymore. no less than 3 employees people picking their nose and then delivering bread to tables. disguisting. disgusting. we wrote corporate who sent us a card but we refuse to eat there now. its ok. i need to lose weight.

hampton inn. my gf's dad asks management to clean the pool because its filthy and her family wants to use it. they were here for a little over a week. after a few days of asking the management comes out and just says the pool is closed and kicks everyone out of the area because they didnt want to clean it. theres some guy in the corner who seems like a new yorker laughing at her dad.

californians typically seem really shocked when they encounter such blatant disregard for customers because theyre used to customer service. you cant describe the problems or they just tell you 'we have that too'. you just have to let them discover it for themselves. different things get different people. a friend of ours was out for thanksgiving and we took him to bill baggs to see the beach/lighthouse and he was completely upset that some people walking by us on the beach didnt say happy thanksgiving. wtf? i told him they probably dont even know english. whatever. but apparently that was the final straw for him.
my gf's mom from vegas is actually rather quick to figure things out. shes alot sharper than i originally gave her credit for. after going to a few stores and encountering a clerk that was making things difficult she said 'oh, its because she doesnt want to do it' and she was dead right.

ive learned to avert my gaze and ignore when crazy stuff goes on. preserves your mental health.

I've bought something before and been told to get out so this doesn't surprise me.
