I dont like Aventura anymore. Too damn crowded. NMB was more interesting about 10 years ago. Bal Harbour is nice if you are a) rich and b) snotty. I used to like Surfside (again 10 years ago). Actually I dont there is an area in Dade I particularly like. Riding my motorcycle through Hialeah and Opa Locka always presents an interesting look at the area. Blech.

da worst neighborhoods are brownsville,wynwood,overtown,allapatah,lil haiti,lil havana,liberty city,opa loka,carol city,hialeah,fountainbleau,sweetwater,goulds,naran ja,perrine,north miami,norland,and leisure city

da best ones are coral gables,pinecrest,and aventura

i think the brickell is the best if you can afford it or one of those private islands where rich people live on canals with a huge yacht in the front.

Perfect list! The only I would change is that Opa-Locka is indeed worse than Carol City.
