Hello,
Can someone tell me a little about the Brickell and South Beach areas and also the Coconut Grove/Coral Gables area? I'm looking for housing and can't determine which area would suit me best. Brickell seems very nice, but it seems more "business-oriented" and I'm concerned that it would be dull in the evenings. I want to be somewhere that I can walk to a lot of things and somehwere that's vibrant at night (I'm a 22-year old single female). I'm not concerned about prices, just somewhere that meets my criteria and that is reasonably safe. Can you tell me which of these areas might be best (or any others that I don't know about)?

Thank you!!!

You want action & activity within walking distance? Check out Coconut Grove. If you want serious club nightlife within walking distance then head to South Beach.

Brickell indeed is too busy oriented. It is dead at night.
South Beach is nice, but might be too touristy.
Coconut Grove is more local oriented, but some of the neibourhoods are not very safe. I am not sure which one is better, but I would stick to the beach. Good Luck.
