The data shows that murders were up approximately 25%, from 457 in 2019 to 571 in 2020. The 571 murders is the highest total since the state began computing those numbers back in 1960.

Now you know why it's a good idea to know your facts about your own city before you fail to dunk on another city. Godspeed citizens of Columbia, South Carolina.

If that doesn’t paint a vivid picture of what Minneapolis has devolved into I don’t know what does. How proud their citizens must be to know Minnesotans would rather take their chances elsewhere than have access to the best care available. Nope, not a tale conjured for the sake of political score, just straight up reality. This is a mere glimpse at the inevitable descension into the Detroit-like chasm so many have been alluding to in correlation with the sudden and terrible collapse of Minneapolis.

I suppose this would be my “instigative” contribution for the next few weeks. ;^D
And then I get a call to donate big money to the politicians of this state. I stopped her begging and told her I never give money to politicians and that goes triple for these idiots in MN. <Silence> then " OK"

Hey Woody, you've had more crime in your neck-of-the-woods lately than me in St. Paul.

Murders, mom's beating their daughter's to death, gang shootings. Yep, government-forced section 8 housing is doing wonders for a once-nice Woodbury.
