I run into alot of slow Illinois drivers, i should go on the Chicago forum and ask why they drive so slow.

Actually, 35E through "downtown" St. Paul is 45 MPH and VERY well patrolled.

Pretty much all of 35E is frustrating... South of downtown you go the speed limit and someone is riding your bumper.... go even farther south passed 94 and you go the speed limit you'll end up in someones trunk

OK, guys, let's drop the pretense. The REAL answer is we look for out of state plates so we can pull our cars in front of them and drive way slower than we normally like to do. It's immature, but we must find our fun where we can in flyover land, right?

I myself try to stay ahead of the Wisconnie vehicles to avoid getting hit by the beer cans that come flying out of them every 5 or 10 minutes.
