99% not gonna happen, given that this is in Prichard and that the developers have given no updates in those 2 years

Investors paid 390k for 4.5 acres in the corner of Tanner Williams and Snow road for future development of offices and retail.

I know maybe it could be a colaborative county project ? Man I can't front Huntsville/Madison County would have had 10% of this done within the two years it's been proposed. Look at their Mid City project. It's not at it's full potential yet but something is moving with it. The same can happen with this project. 2 of those midrise condos along with the retail components should have been completed by now. I have to give it to Prichard, I love the innovation.

Unfortunately they have yet to start, so I doubt it will even happen

Was the quilt suppose to have contained the proposed racetrack in Prichard at one time or is that a different project?

No that was a much older proposal

So I emailed the Prichard Mayor’s Office hoping to get some more answers about the Quilt Project, although I have a feeling that I may not get a response
