That Pelican Place BBB location in south Baldwin County was the one I thought would be the first to close.

Its BBB, they are all going to close eventually. Honestly, I really don't think people in Mobile or the Eastern Shore are going to miss them.

I always thought the Cottage Hill location was slower.

Personally, I don’t think so. The Mobile Chamber of Commerce expects about 30 millions square feet of warehousing to be required for Port of Mobile growth over the next decade. SALP will create about 11 million square feet of warehousing, presumably over the course of the next 7-10 years (it’s year 2 and we only have 250,000 square feet of warehousing completed so far. With 2 more warehouses just now getting the walls up on site. The Todd Acres Logistics Park is probably gonna Produce another 10 million square feet in warehousing (just a guess as it has the same price tag as SALP, and also presumably will be built over the course of a decade. So there’s still another 9 million square feet of warehousing required
