Also multi level indoor goal kart track and pickle ball. A first of it's kind. Drew Brees did us well.

Indeed I'm excited to see it

also

Looks like the first building (Building D) of SALP is fully leased and the next two (Building N (First Building N) and I believe Building O) recently had their walls put up so both should be ready for leasing soon

MPD is getting a new headquarter. It will be on the Aiprort side instead but same area. I wish they would move the metro and all of the other bail bonds to North Mobile County or the most southern tip.

It's on page 22 click on the 2022-2026 link.

https://mapformobile.org/cip/

A few other plans caught my attention.New waterfront plans that involve restaurants and bars , 17 blocks of St Louis being redeveloped and etc.

The group Moffatt and Nichol will be working with the city regarding waterfront developments. I've taken a look at some of their work. https://www.moffattnichol.com/soluti...-redevelopment

Hell yea I hope to see our waterfront transformed, hopefully the city can get some of that land from the port to the north of the convention center

Also looks like permitting has began on the 64 units Dawes Rd Townhome Project

Fortunately, the "undeveloped" land immediately to the north of the convention center is city-owned already. There are plans to build that out, extending the bulkhead roughly to the line of the convention center's bulkhead and creating a "riverwalk" around the convention center from the "undeveloped" property to Cooper Riverside Park.
