Im currently working on the dredgits self. The project was funded by the gasoline tax that the sorry Governor secretly pass few years ago

LooooL , and she had the nerve to say the lottery is a tax on the poor. Well memaw so is the gas tax.

it was not done in secret and was overwhelmingly approved. Its been one of the best things the state could do for infrastructure and every county has or will see improvements.

Looks like the possible Swintindustrial Logistics Park coming to Nevius and Hillcrest will feature 4 warehouses ranging from 200,000 to 320,000 square feet with a total of 1.1 Million Square Feet of Warehousing. Nothing like the 11 million sq ft SALP currently on construction, but still a respectable size. But they are definitely undershooting the parking. In total there are only 148 parking spaces. You need like 400-500 parking spots for such a size, at the very least


This would also make this the third logistics park in the works in the city

No we call our grandmother Madea. There is no need to explain who memaw is if you don't know.

The problem is that the same way she presented the gas tax the lottery should've been presented the same,imo.

I haven't got on here in awhile. I remember some of yall on skyscrapers forum in 2007 when downtown was booming.
