I guess Burton development company wanted to get busy, considering they have begun the redevelopment of the Springhill Village development recently too.

I think main event would work well at the civic center property. It has visibility from I-10 and would be popular in downtown bringing people from the surrounding counties and city to go to it and also experience downtown. I think people would rather do that than go to somewhere along the I-65 corridor or out in Tillman’s corner/Theodore. I feel like it would have to be visible from an interstate

It is now official! Construction of the largest logistics park in the Southeast has officially begun

There are currently 15 projects in works right now (I assume in logistics) according to Phillip Burton, and if they can land all 15 projects it would completely lease out all of the phase 1 warehousing
