Oh no nothing like it but our version of 5 below is Pop shelf. The difference is that 5 below has a teenager vibe to it.Pop shelf has a more millennial vibe to it. 5 below is bright and colorful. Pop Shelf has more darker earthy colors with more dim lighting.

Not much in reality, just adds to a niche that a city would have

So a new PUD came for an Apartment (ish) complex at 100 Joel Ct, this will feature 4 cottages and 34 units of apartments. This will be located on about 3.27 acres of land
Interesting enough, this will be located on Pirchard Avenue West, (this road is the border between Mobile and Prichard in this area)

Theres also a resub division plan for 4251 Bit and Spur RD that changes the subdivision from 13 lots to 12 lots

New Carwash coming to 6600 Cottage Hill RD

A new PUD came out yesterday to the creation of a new 23 lot subdivision in West Mobile on East Drive. This looks like to be a resubmittion from a PUD going back to 2018.

There also seems to be bids going out for a new apartment complex in unincorporated Mobile County, somewhere around Johnson Road South according to Bidclerk
