It was funny last year, a main trunk fell in the middle of winter. My daughter called me and she was concerned that her food was going to spoil. I asked her if she had some boxes or coolers. She said she did. I told her to put all of her food in boxes and set them out the back door, its 25° out there in the worlds biggest refrigerator. I heard an audible thunk as she smacked herself in the forehead. haha
We always had more leftovers from Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners than our fridge could possibly hold so we'd put them on the back deck. If it was freezer stuff I'd just bury it with snow and all was good.

On this Veterans Day, I would like to thank all my fellow Veterans for their sacrifice. We may have been discharged, but I don't remember them canceling or taking away the Oath I swore to. It never expires.

It would be nice if our dear leader(s) would remember it exists and actually, maybe READ IT.

Hope y'all are doing ok in your freezer weather. I kind of feel guilty sitting here in shorts and a t-shirt with the A/C on because it's in the mid 80's...
Naw, not guilty at all...
