Thirteen Days is a 2000 American historical political thriller film directed by Roger Donaldson. It dramatizes the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, seen from the perspective of the US political leadership.

In the spring of 1963 Admiral Rickover gave President Kennedy a plaque with a saying very close to his heart, the now famous Breton fisherman’s prayer, which states, "O God, thy sea is so great and my boat is so small." For Kennedy, religion was a personal matter about which he felt strongly.

My Octopus Teacher (2020)

This was so interesting and so beautiful. It's a documentary. It's kind of slow-moving in that it takes its time, but in no way is it boring. The narrator starts out in the beginning with sort of a short background of how he ended up having this experience, but then his story and footage of the octopus begins. I highly recommend it.

Saw it as a child on ARAMCO tv but for many years, in my memory, I thought the lead was Raquel Welch, not Claudia Cardinale. It's a fun, serious, PG rated movie. Why, it even has a wet tee shirt scene.......I don't recall if that was in the ARAMCO broadcast or not. Say a 7.6.

A nice, old time, get away of a movie, with lots of familiar faces that one might not know until reading the credits. 7.4.

The 15:17 to Paris directed by Clint Eastwood. Real life story of three young men who stopped a man on the train to Paris from killing everyone. True story of August 21, 2015

Tubi, which I watch a lot. Don't mind the commercials.

Well, it's no "Psychic Killer" and with a standard way of killing, there really isn't any excitement. The scenes with Stephanie Powers, the dog, and the Greek were nice, though. Say a 2.0.

A Walk in the Woods

A Walk in the Woods is a 2015 American biographical comedy-drama film directed by Ken Kwapis and starring Robert Redford, Nick Nolte and Emma Thompson. Based on the 1998 book/memoir of the same name by Bill Bryson, it was released on September 2, 2015, by Broad Green Pictures.

It began a bit "tame" but in the end it was a decent movie and worth my time having watched it. I will say Nick Nolte was quite comical!

I think I picked up this flick when I was hooked on "Models, Inc." ...... but only got around to watching it now. As computer games gone deadly on the small scale go, so far I think it is the best.....as far as those flicks go. It's a nice boy flick, between ducking into the girl's locker room and a young Cassidy Rae in her jeans. Say a 7.0.
