It loses something in translation. Still, for a movie that is partially in Italian, no matter how the DVD language is selected, the meaning carries through though one has to wonder if anything was missed. It starts off with wonderful action and beautiful scenery. Say a 6.6.
"The documentary you are about to view focuses narrowly on one vaccine given to military members and first responders, and is entirely informed by that population of articulate and well educated adults. It provides a valuable perspective on what a mandatory vaccination program looks like from the inside out.
To be blunt, my work as a commercial director on high end image campaigns for major brands makes me an expert on propaganda. I am not a scientist or doctor.
My original intention, in what has turned out to be a 17 year long project, was to open the discussion to whether a soldier, airman or marine should face court marshal for refusing a vaccine. That discussion needs to occur in the civilian population, as it is not possible to disobey a direct order or protest it. Since then, the promotion of mandatory vaccines for school age children, the promotion of flu vaccines with no ability to properly screen adverse reactions and new legislation to force vaccination with experimental drugs, begs the question of whether or not it is possible for a doctor to give informed consent. I would appreciate your comments and suggestions for the final edit."
Sort of the enemies of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers meet Space Academy. Still, it edits in pieces from other, better, Full Moon movies and gives one an impression of certain Bolo stories. Say a 4 if one is willing to cast it to the wind and let their imagination soar a little.
Aside from the big 3, the Supers and the Bat, I don't think I'm really much of a fan of superhero movies. As to why, well, watching this movie, at first, they are playing to the young and beautiful in the audience. This movie I figure I bought dirt cheap during the Hastings Entertainment liquidation in 2016.
However, once I stopped trying to find myself in the movie (and making any comparisons to the comics), I got more out of it. As such, I took as it was, in the here and now, without desire that there would be more.....which there was not, there was no sequel.
Good for a pass, say a 6.8.
