Based on a true story. British Holocaust denier David Irving sues American historian Deborah Lipstadt, challenging her to prove that the Holocaust actually happened. It was pretty interesting to see how her legal team developed their strategy.

Well I have watched it. It wasnt what expected from all the fracas around it. Yes, satire. Pretty good satire. It didnt really take sides as what was being said about it when it was released.
All this fear that it would trigger some kind of left right confrontation or something I have to say is unfounded. It bags on both ends pretty equally and with ...enthusiasm. lol.
It doesn't really make any political statements in favor of either side. For all it's rather unrealistic gore and mayhem its fairly amusing. Not a bad watch for an evening over homemade enchiladas in my recliner.
