Went to see the Tim Clark band at the Blue Marlin Friday night. What a good time, great music and dancing. I highly recommend that group if you get the chance to see them somewhere.
You're right, Tim Clark puts on a great show. This Friday, the Holiday Band will be there, one of our favorite Beach Music bands. unfortunately, we're on the road for a couple weeks, so we're missing all the good stuff. Have fun!
OK guys you are overloading me with these names..lol..still trying to learn whos who in these parts. I will keep my eye open for some of them and check it out. I don't know where the boathouse is but I guess I'm gonna find out.
Another great local band that hasn't been mentioned is Tru Sol. They played tonight in Plyler Park down on the blvd... Seems like Ten Toes Up and Tru Sol alternate Tuesday evenings there for the summer if I'm not mistaken.
I can't believe no one has mentioned the Mullets - a classic rock cover band that has played MB forever. Lesser known, but one of our favorites is Stringwood. Their lead guitarist played Carolina Oprey for years before they went out on their own.
