Went to see the Tim Clark band at the Blue Marlin Friday night. What a good time, great music and dancing. I highly recommend that group if you get the chance to see them somewhere.

You're right, Tim Clark puts on a great show. This Friday, the Holiday Band will be there, one of our favorite Beach Music bands. unfortunately, we're on the road for a couple weeks, so we're missing all the good stuff. Have fun!

Beach music? A little bird tells me that Chairmen of the Board will be on the waterway stage at Myrtle Beach Live Music | Boathouse Waterway Bar & Grill in a couple weeks!

Dangermuffin (out of Folly Beach, SC) was just there and put on a GREAT show... or so I hear... :-)

The Boathouse is cool! Great afternoon music venue!

Tim Clark played HOTO's on my birthday a couple years ago....(totally different band members, tho!) Had a great time!

Another great local band that hasn't been mentioned is Tru Sol. They played tonight in Plyler Park down on the blvd... Seems like Ten Toes Up and Tru Sol alternate Tuesday evenings there for the summer if I'm not mistaken.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the Mullets - a classic rock cover band that has played MB forever. Lesser known, but one of our favorites is Stringwood. Their lead guitarist played Carolina Oprey for years before they went out on their own.
