Thanks. I'm pretty familiar with Nashville, but wasn't sure what the other options were.

The area will continue to deteriorate. Soon the entire Southside of Nashville will be the ghetto.

Actually, Wedgewood-Houston has made some big strides in the past several years. There's also a lot of potential that is tied up in whatever they decide to do with the Fairgrounds.


My proposal would be a museum campus on the old Greer site, utilizing the existing Adventure Science Center, and the existing historical attraction of Fort Negley.

Are you referring to the area West of i65? And if you are what are those strides? Gentrification?

It always looked like a poor area that is less run down than the trimble area but a little worse than Edgehill.
