Does anyone have a map of the proposed construction? AKA what it will look like when done?

And another map from N. J. officials open $900 million project for I-295 snarl - Philly.com

ROFLMAO!!!

Take note that they are blaming when the drafting was done, not when they built that mess. It was inadequate & dangerous when it was built. Everyone just called it the 295 mess. That was one of the driving forces in the secession movement. They promised to fix it when the state pulled the secession question from the Camden & Gloucester County ballots. That's why they looked at it in the '80s.

Seems like they always try to give the lower part of the state the bare minimum, whenever possible. The government officials up in Trenton are probably thinking "How dare those guys asked for infrastructure improvements, their lucky to even have a highway in South Jersey".

LOL, keep in mind that Trenton did not provide one single bus to South Jersey until Red Arrow folded & we were left without bus service.

To be fair, it seems like it's getting better. This project, Glassboro Light Rail, Pennsauken Transfer Station, etc. After all, Sweeney is from South Jersey and Christie counts on him as an ally.

lol, yes. The unholy alliance of Christie and Sweeney (let's be fair it's actually Norcross) has been a very positive thing for South Jersey.

when the Glassboro light rail is built i will agree with you. Christie has a history of canceling projects after they are already under construction.

Are you referring to the "Tunnel to Macy's Basement" that Corzine agreed to in an election year bid so he could stand next to Biden on a stage and hold a shovel? The one that made no sense and was going to cost the state billions? Yeah, that Christie and cancelling projects...

The "ARC Tunnel Project" was extremely expensive since the plan called for the construction of an underground subway tunnel to run through all those counties(Mercer to NYC). Ironically this was actually one of the few transportation projects that I was glad Gov. Christie cancelled. The project also did absolutely nothing to improve South Jersey rail transit. Unless your commuting to NYC everyday for work, I can't see how anyone from South Jersey would ever support the "Arc Tunnel Project".
