how come there is not that many apts available beyond the usual, dense areas, do many suburban towns prohibit building apt buildings or someth?

Zoning laws bar apartments in most towns aside from the dense towns...

Well,I found the perfect place:
Winslow township,Sicklerville specifically.

A 4 bedroom home for 120,000. Very affordable.
Taxes are estimated at $3500. Nice and semi rural.
1 acre lot.

NJGoat, thank you for the valuable input. Regarding Logan Township, how is the flooding there during heavy rains and hurricanes. What about wind damage in this part of NJ during hurricanes?
