No need to follow the template if you don’t want to put the efforts. Write and recommend what you feel like.

Our budget is 2500 including amenities and we are looking for 800 sq ft one bedroom. We care for the following amenities and features.

Washer/Dryer in unit
Dishwasher included
Heat included in rent
Gym
Safety
Cheap Parking

Once again any recommendations are welcome. Any links and references are welcome.

Hi brokenaperture.... I searched craigslist and found nothing useful in the area i am looking for and most of the listings were in hoboken or newport

Googled it too and found many apartment complexes near exchange place. So wasn't sure what exactly do people who are staying there recommend

Try livelovely.com (or use their app). It uses a map-based search. There are also several apps that map out craigslist listings so you can focus your search on the tight geography you want.

for around $2500 you should be able to find what your looking for. However, you may need to be flexible with the sq footage. Parking wise, $200-$250 is pretty standard however, street parking in many areas is pretty easy if you want to save some bucks. Most of the luxury buildings will have an amenity fee so keep that in mind.

Grove point has a few in your price range and its right at the Grove St Path.

1 Bed / 1 Bath (3 Available)

Bed 1
Bath 1
SQ.FT. 724-738
Rent $2350-$2500
Grove Pointe Rentals

50 Columbus also has apts at your price point with those ameneties. There are a few other luxury buildings in JC. Check their websites. Most of them will show how many apts are available along with the rent.
50 Columbus | Apartments in Jersey City, NJ |

Those will probably be the pricier places in the area and the further you move away from the path the better the prices will get. Id check out the other luxury rentals as well.
