I wouldn't even take a DVD player without someone paying me to do it.

If you expect to generate any interest on Craigslist you need to explicitly state that it's a Blu Ray player, and you also need to include what the brand is and include a picture (or a link to a picture).

Well guys, I have decided to keep the DVD player. I also deleted the Craigslist posting earlier this afternoon. I bought a 22-inch HDTV on the same day I got the DVD player, and through word of mouth, I went to downtown Newark to sell it. I originally was gonna go to this pawn shop until this guy decided to help me out. We was able to give it to the people who work at this chicken shack for $25. It didn't bother me because any amount I got was enough, but the guy who helped me out gave me $15 of that money and he took the other $10. I was able to go to the FedEx shipping center in Union and pay only $2 to ship 2 of my college textbooks to the warehouse of this site called valorebooks.com. According to the quote I received, I should soon be receiving a little over $100 through direct deposit to my bank account.

and if she really wants to, you could buy a new cover on amazon. the unit itself doesn't need to be new, but i could see not wanting the used cover. though, we're fine with it.
