Agree. I have never felt uncomfortable in P'burg. The high school in P'burg is regional, so students come from several surrounding towns as well as P'burg.

What kind of people live around s Main Street and Jefferson st ? Safe ? Flood?

It's safe enough, meaning I wouldn't worry about being murdered or robbed at gunpoint.

It's a low income area, and comes with the usual low income area problems. Flooding isn't an issue.

The median income for a household in the town was $37,368, and the median income for a family was $46,925. Males had a median income of $37,446 versus $25,228 for females. The per capita income for the town was $18,452. About 9.9% of families and 13.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 16.6% of those under age 18 and 11.1% of those age 65 or over.
