Personally, I think God was trying to tell her she shouldn't move to GA. As soon as she stated NJ's where she's gonna stay...BOOM! She sells.
Or it could be just the opposite- "someone" is looking to punish her for something, so when she was looking to move to GA, he wouldn't let it happen because that would be an enjoyable move- now that she's decided to stay in NJ, that fits the plans for "punishment", so he's making it happen.......

Admittedly I stole a quote in another thread from a friend. I was commenting that several friends had moved to GA and they were living the life.... one of which was my ex who is rolling in it now! LOL!
My DEAR friend said "But I'd rather have a permanent enema than live in GA." It kind of brought it full circle for me! LOL! No offense to GA!

Well, that essentially what you get in NJ- they're constantly cleaning you out with the high cost of living, and usually you're getting it in the rear..............lol
Offer is in on the new place... builder is considering it but wants to sleep on it! The builder and his wife happened to be at the house when we stopped by to see it... what a nice couple! I didn't insult them... I went in at 90% asking price. I have a feeling this is their first offer in over 1 yr. The house is absolutely beautiful! He did a really nice job... I love spot lot builders! So much pride goes into them by the little guys! Granite countertops... in the kitchen and all baths! 14 x 28 deck (which is rare for new const. anymore..they usually give you a set of wooden steps!) Finished basement! Really nice house ; ))) I'll share photos once everything is all said and done!
