Bob's Tire and Wheels in Hawthorne on Goffle Road (close to Wagarow Road).
I used them few times - one price - all included. Not like let's say at Firestone (seperate charges for a new tire then additional charges for a rubber valve stem and balancing and disposal).
The web. Discounttiredirect.com or tirerack.com Then go to Walmart and have them mounted and balanced for lifetime of car. Cheapest prices, lifetime balance/rotation at walmart.
I just purchased brand new tires, super cheap. I could not believe the price. I shopped around for prices and nobody could beat this guy. Florida Auto Service - 315 Orange Street, Newark 973-483-9248. Good luck

Tread carefully . I wonder if they sell stolen tires. "I could not believe the price" usually means something bad. Why could a one-off mom and pop in Newark be able to provide "super cheap" tires that beat the prices of a Tirerack. Answer: The tires are fenced. Or perhaps counterfeit.

...or that first-time poster is the owner of that shop, or perhaps a paid shill of the shop.
When I see that Sebogar continues to post, on a variety of topics, then I will believe that his/her post was an honest one. Until then, I smell advertising.
The post preceding the one to which you replied, is in the same category.
That person, nyjets816, posted his/her endorsement of a tire shop about 2 1/2 years ago, and never returned to post anything else--in any thread--subsequently.
I strongly suspect that Sebogar is going to follow the same pattern.
Tires, like anything else, are a commodity. Depending on size, manufacturer, deals, etc. -- you can find great buys or the market will be relatively tight/stable/same, etc. You see it here on this thread -- someone buys a set of tires and saves a boatload, and another person seems to not be able to save money by buying from a discount place (web) and using a local installer.
Bottom line -- what are you buying? Look at the web-based places and add in what it costs to install/mount/etc., and then call every local place, from the big stores to the local, small shops mentioned here.
Keep in mind, as prices of oil goes up so do tire prices. Your average tire for your average sedan these days will cost over $100 each PLUS mounting, balancing, shop fees, disposal fees, tax, etc. You would be VERY hard pressed to get a full set of tires for under $600 installed. If you have 17" wheels or larger, if you have an SUV, you are looking closer to $8-900.
Full set of Michelins on my Yukon was almost $1200.
