I just received a job offer in the Middlesex area and am looking at buying a condo/townhouse in the Franklin Twp/Somerset/Brunswicks area. Does anyone know how much one and two bedroom condos or townhouses go for around that general area? Kind of a vague question I know but I am not all that familiar with the towns in that area.... Thanks!
I looked in that area a few years ago and thought the prices were a bit high. However, I worked with a real estate agent int he area and still have her information (she wound up sellig us a house a little further south). If you DM I can give you the information. Good luck!
We just bought a 2 bedroom townhome in Society Hill (North Brunswick) for $240K.
There are plenty of good deals out there, you just need a good realtor, who knows exactly what you are looking for, to help you out.
Best of luck!
Two bedroom condos in this area can range anywhere from $200K - $350K depending on if it is a townhouse or condo, location, development, overall town feeling, and location of community. If you can give us more info like the town you are thinking about, we can narrow down your results. Best of luck! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to PM me.
Take a drive down Rte 27 you'll definitely find something you like , you may even be able to get a place for little less than $200 - $240k...
In Franklin Park...bordering Kendall Park you can check out Queen Condominums you can get one for about $100 - $130k, it'll be a one bedroom though.
Any of those areas down Rte1 or Rte 27 are good....you can also try this small neighborhood of townhomes behind the Home Depot in the South Brunswick shopping plaza, there's always someone selling a townhome there
