Just got into Alamo from Illinois. No snow up there at all, roads were fine, Alamo is covered, but melting fast. The Mts look very pretty. Want to get up to Timberon tomorrow. Will see how that goes. All I could think of was Cathy and the snow. Then some others from Ca that moved to Timberon and this is the first big snow for them.

This is what winter should be......I have had the best day!!

Be careful driving up to Timberon. I'm glad your roads were good all the way in, which surprises me.

I looked back at my map, and I'm going to assume that you came across the top of Texas, down to Tucumcari, Santa Rosa, etc. I don't know why I kept thinking you'd come in through Artesia/Cloudcroft, which is the way I go to my parent's place at times, but El Paso and I-10 is better.

It IS melting..... but it sure has been fun.

As of Thurs AM, Timberon still has no power. I am sure Song will be here as soon as she can.

How much snow did Timberon end up with? Looks like there will be another front moving through today and tomorrow with the chance for more snow.

Power came back on for us around midnight last night and for some this morning but it's still out for some others. It's supposed to snow again tonight on top of this other snow. It looks like it snowed about a foot or two. It's pretty deep.
