They were saying that it should be ready middle of August to September 1.... They showed me the 4th floor units.. I dont remember the actual letter of the line but i think it was probably P or T that had the actual tiny view of any water, but again im not to sure.. You can go anyday to request a viewing of the units.
I hope they don't change their mind again...
Really don't understand how they come up with these dates in the first place if things aren't ready.
I'd rather them say they don't have a set date as opposed to them "creating" one only to push it back further.
I'm also curious to know what's going downstairs in that retail space....
Cant believe its been 5 weeks and i decide to call today and she tells me she is preparing my papers today to send them and it will be a couple of more weeks smh
These people are the worst, the last time I called the office was on 7/15 which was suppose to be my move in date and they told me Sandra was busy interviewing that she would call me on Monday the 18th and that the move in date would be Aug. 1. Today is 7/27 Sandra never called me back so I decide to call this morning since my move in date is 8/1 I should be singing a lease any day now right well first they put me on hold for a while then they tell me she wont be available until after 3:00, so I just called her back and they just put me on hold for 15min. and never picked up the phone I call back and know I get a recording.
so I just called Knickerbocker mgmt. @ 941 Hoe Ave. to see if anyone there could help me since Sandra won't come to the phone. The girl that answered the phone said that I had to speak to whoever interviewed me and I told her that she would just keep me on hold so she gave me a supervisor's email so I could email them all the information.
