HDC and HPD are both city agencies both dealing with the city. If your connected to either one, they would be able to help you out. So long as it gets to a city agency, your good. Either one would have to report any issues. You can also specifically state tot he 311 call center rep that you want to speak with someone from the correct agency of choice. Just make your voices heard. Its crazy how we both heard the same thing about 311 though.

It's like I said , we need to work things out correctly and I know very well her anger and emotions to, but we are the tiny string that can easy break !! As we Need people to be heard , we need firm sources to back up, those people at the office can easy make a block up in our aplications, plus they don't care as long they have their job and their apt . This has to be teamwork. I find more easy to me to call 311.ant the most important thing is when making a complain it has to be objective, cuz any wrong statement spoken and written will be harmful for us.now since the point that we can't find the real responsible source that is in charge of this people we have to go to the city and do the complain. It can take more time !! But it will be worth it. Cuz it be secure and protected by the law.

I agree with you hotblue. Any complaints reported to 311 will be directed accordingly. So if it a HDC or HPD issue, they'll be directed as such. In the meantime, we just have to keep up with speaking out. i tried to contact the Clayton person this morning on my way to work, however, I think I may have been too early as it was a little before 8 am when I got on the train. I contacted the 311 hotline and filed a complaint and described everything, including BrucknerChick's situation and was told to expect a phone call in a few days. This is something that I never would've thought would happen. Especially since this is the city, but hey. No one can say what people will and will not do. Accomodations must be made and since we were wrongly and unfairly, along with many others it seems, treated during this process....then the ball's in our court. We just have to see how this plays out. I'm still working on a few things myself in regards to this. But in the meantime, Brucknerchick I hope you find a temp place to stay. Hearing your story opened my eyes wide and that I think motivated me to not sit back and accept BBTB bull. We just have to do what we have to do and make sure we go about it the right way, just like hotblue said.
