Yesterday evening passing by La Celia I saw children in the gym running and playing around with the machines. There were two adults engaged with each other while the little ones were all over the place. I wondered what were they doing there and if they're going to be my neighbors? I like the gym. I don't think it's a place for children. Sorry.

That is probably the super...I agree, no kids in the gym, for their safety.

Good evening everyone,

I had my closing today, it went well. I was 1 of 4 people that closed today. It took about 1 1/2. They mentioned some will be closing on Monday also. I wish all the best.

Thanks Spaha, it does feel good that it's over.

I have 2 weeks to move, so I am going to take my time. I have to start making the calls.

Soontobehomeowner congratulations! I was wondering... There are buildings that request specific type of blinds or color for the windows. Did they mention something about this?
