i got my call for the 1br I have been approved im excited now i just waiting for the mgmt to call me in to sign lease the wait is over

Default my wait is over

well the process wasnt long wasnt the applications due this past august

when i spoke to them they said i can decide when is my move in date. im hoping for may 1st i still need to give my landlord 30 days so i def wont do april 1st

i hve to wait for qnsboro ll mgmt to call me but she gave me the amounts of money orders i have to bring for the 1st mnth rent and security i wld love to move in may 1

wow you got your lease signed pls tell me your experience i sure hpe they call me to come in and to the lease (she said to wait a few days) i have to give my landlord notice but not till the ink is dry what size apt did you get? I

Ill be in a high floor studio with balcony. I was a community board member, initial documents November 5, floor plan signed January 19, Lease March 4. It was all smooth and straight forward just LOTS of nervous worrying on my part. I'll be 30 next month and glad to be on my own, while having the security of a stabilized lease. I hope we can all get together for a building welcome party soon. Cheers.
