Thanks. I'm planning to apply there. They say there's an Associated supermarket on 21st St. I'm also hoping they will let outsiders use the pool. The building is across the street from Scandals - the strip club. I noticed that there are more residential shops on the other side of bridge like Cranberrys.

What has been the wait time for the city's approval after you signed the stack of papers? Not the lease. I'm talking about the city's approval. Thanks.

anyone using licensed movers? since move date falls on a week workday i cnt get family friends to take off

depends mine took like 2 weeks in total after final submission of papers and signatures.

The post card I received only requested 2012 W2's and returns. Should I bring 2013 as well just to be safe?

Is there a way to check? He claims he is and insured as well. I found him trhough a website named thumbtack. He has good reviews and his price is fair.

Please do that, also make sure you signed all tax returns even if they are copies
