The building is across the street from Scandals - the strip club. I noticed that there are more residential shops on the other side of bridge like Cranberrys.

depends mine took like 2 weeks in total after final submission of papers and signatures.
I'm pretty certain the bicycle parking space is going to be $300/year.
The garage car parking price is going to be determined by the company running the parking garage. The building is not running that portion of it.
