That's too bad.

Would be nice if you can go there the day before and clean. It's hard to clean once all the boxes are out and furniture.

The floor plans are available online:

http://www.bronxprogroup.com/AG-FLOOR-PLAN-06-15.pdf

and

http://www.bronxprogroup.com/AG-FLOOR-PLAN-04-05.pdf

You can use this as a guide for measurements.

I'd rather do the measurements in person to get an idea of where and what furniture i want for the layout.

Are you excited or still unsure?

Yes the floor plans have been really helpful for measurements as they are drawn to scale and pretty accurate as far as I can tell. Just a few weird places I'm trying to figure out like closet sizes, etc. Since I have a studio, I have to plan every inch as I don't have many of them to work with!

I CAN'T EVEN TALK ABOUT IT. On top of the stress of the beginning of the school year, this situation is so ambiguous. And I don't do well with ambiguity. So basically I've been a ball of stress for the past couple of weeks.

But excited From what DeluxeApartment says, it sounds like we have it in the bag! It's just a matter of waiting for the management company to call us about the lease. Trying to stay positive. You?

You didn't think about the 1 bedroom over the studio?

I would have loved the 1 bed but the way they calculated my income I was just under the minimum I believe. That being said, I'm glad the studio was my only option since it's only around 150 Sq ft smaller and $400 cheaper, plus the balcony is huge and the view is amazing. I didn't have any preferences either so I'm just glad that no one else wanted the studio I had signed for months ago as I prlly wouldn't have gotten it.

I'm sure you have it Dishwasher. They told u u were approved right? The one day I went in to bring in new paperwork the week before I signed my lease and I was shocked when they were like oh yah you're approved, the management company just wants fresh pay stubs. Seems like once your approved, the place is yours assuming everything checks out when Bronx Pro (or now Wavecrest) does a final go over before your lease signing.

Oh my goodness.

More paystubs again at the lease signing? Tell me you're kidding?

I went there on Tuesday after Labor Day to get a status update and casually met the new super of the building. Let's just say we all pray nothing in our units break down because he's not very friendly or accommodating from his tone, mannerisms, and overall presentation.

Now you know I'm on the verge of bursting into tears again. Just smeared mascara all over my cheeks.
