So I just found this forum. We moved in last week and here is what we have found.

1. Our second closet in the master is unusable because of the positioning of the rods. You can not fit a hanger. We asked them to come look at it and lower the poles and move the other pole out, but am still waiting. Does anyone else have this issue? We are in the 03 line.
2. We used ikea bins (the ones for the kids shelving) in the kitchen drawers and it works perfectly and gives us the ability to slide the bin to access the bottom of the drew with ease. We have our silverware on the bottom and items we use often on top.
3. We painted every wall of the apartment because the paint they use is so cheap that it will show every scuff. We learned this from our other apartment so it was just easier to paint since we know we will be here for a long time.

We moved from another large building in the community and are so happy we get to stay in the neighborhood we have grown to love. For those just moving here you will really love it.

Hope to meet everyone soon!

I moved into a studio Sept 1, and a shelf was missing in the bottom cabinet next to the sink. That particular cabinet is big enough to hold my pots and pans. The maintenance guys made a note of it and for weeks after that they kept saying that it would be fixed soon. In October they told me that it would have to be ordered.

I made a request online November 1 and gave them permission for them to come in when I was not there. I am still missing that shelf. I have pots and pans all over my studio and I cannot get anyone to fix it.

If I understand correctly, you would like to turn this on? The knob for the middle/center stove burner is within the display panel and it's the only knob there (also the smallest one): count three from the left. You turn it on just the same as the other burners. I apologize if I totally misunderstood your question.

So we've established that the walls are thin and noise transfers easily. After much complaining by 3+ apartments on our floor, the pot-smokers have apparently given up smoking pot indoors and taken up playing loud music (they're fans of a lot of bass). I don't mind this as much, but it would've been a better floor plan to put living rooms against living rooms and bedrooms against bedrooms so that we don't disturb each other - them us, and us our other neighbors.
