If you are no longer working at one or more of the jobs, you can provide proof of that, and the income you would have earned won't be counted. You will probably need to get the employer to write a letter stating that you don't work there.
This project has been delayed. They will be choosing the tenants over the next few months. Given the looks of the building site and the acknowledged delays -- from the building itself and the office screening the 20% -- I doubt anyone would be moving in before November, and it wouldn't surprise me if this dragged on into 2017 (this is strictly my opinion; no one said anything about this lagging until 2017, but the building is still kind of a mess, although the side of the building facing the river is more intact -- at least there's a functioning lobby and rental office for the 80%). I was contacted recently for this building and don't even live in Community Board 7, but had a low lottery number but absolutely no preference. So these numbers are not meaningless -- it was the only reason I was contacted for an interview. Since then, it's been a very long slog through the documents. The screening process for this building seems extraordinarily grueling. But they are on top of it (the woman handling the files is conscientious, and nice, and is quick to call if something is amiss). So sometimes not hearing from them is a good thing -- it means your paperwork is likely moving along and you've provided what they need. There seem to be a large number of new lotteries opening up, so if this doesn't work, there seem to be plenty of others. I think I've received almost one notice a day for the past two weeks. There is hope! You just need patience. Best of luck to all.

Also, are you able to see the lobby from West End Ave? Where is the entrance to the lobby? I ask because the last time I walked by, the first floor/lobby area was still boarded up. I was contacted fairly recently, as I don't live in CB 7, so there's a few things pending in my file. I had a few "complicating" issues. I went by 21 West End Avenue, and the entrance doesn't seem to be on West End, but on the opposite side of the building facing the river. That's where the rental office is, and I'm assuming the entrance to the building. The lobby looks completed. It says 21 on the glass doors, so I think that's the main entrance. The West End Avenue side is still boarded up and under construction. It's weird--one end of the building looks complete, and the other looks like a disaster zone. I talked to someone at the building site, and he said they had delays and were hoping to get people in by September, but that seems unlikely (my opinion). As I said, my feeling is that this will drag on through the fall -- that's what the office for the 20% seemed to say. I would relax and apply to other developments. In your case, no news is likely good news -- it means your file is in order and they have nothing new to tell you -- either bad or good.
Update! So today I was informed that next week I will be shown the unit that has been assigned to me. Anyone else? It sounded as if it would be a group who would be shown their respective units.

Congrats, keep us posted on the progress. I guess the project is moving ahead. What size unit are you looking at, if you don't mind my asking? Also, did they call you or did they inform you in the mail that you would be looking at your unit? Again, I hope you don't mind all the questions ...
