You must be joking, I was hoping maybe 6 month maximum 1 year, because we have low log numbers ???, I'm thinking that if they open the list is because they have a lot of apartments to give , that there internal people were not enough to fill in

This application doesn't give enough info. Nothing about the monthly or the price of the apartment.

Have you looked at scrie for where they are living now? If they qualify, they can have rent frozen.

Thank you, Hitokiri! I didn't save the ad because I'm use to the application having a breakdown. Still doesn't say much about the waiting period. Hopefully is not longer than 3 years.

misskitty,

Why did you demand your $150 back from Franklin Plaza?

Wow, that income limit for York Hill is the broadest I have seen for a one-bedroom. I guess the higher buy-in price one bedrooms are the ones with the terraces?

For those who have received / sent in their applications, what was the deadline date on there that they need to be turned in by?

whoever said 5 year wait sounds about right, probably even longer. the building isn't that big I think it's about 300 units, and im sure there is an internal list as well

You are correct I mixed up the dead line to get an application with the dead line to have it received by York Hill.
