didn't we agree on another thread that this is illegal and not what the program is about, as it discriminates against an individual's marital status?

yes, but currently its preference by the building/HDC. so, hence the waitlist. but preference is given to those family of 2 first. i would've went on waitlist had they given me a better idea of how many units of 1BR's were left since June, but since i didnt know..so o wells.
I gotta laugh that it was quicker to fill up the full price units with a smaller pool of people than the non market units with a pool of names many times greater.
Any ideas from your sources on when they expect these 14 to be done? Then we can all stop submitting the same documents that say the same thing albeit with a different print date?

meh, i'm a single person. i got a one-bedroom in october. there are presumably still couples and single+child families that are still in the mix.

people with higher income - their docs are usually straight forward and usually has 750+ credit.. those with lower income, takes longer time to verify because 1 - those people usually cheat their tax info with cash jobs and what not. it is laughable though, that there are more units in these developments in the lower income band tbh.because the middle income IS the driving force of this country; if i was given a choice to pay 1k for a 1bed rm, id prepaid 1 year in advance.
