Yeah, but thats not just a small regular apartment, thats a specific type of apartment (micro unit).

Nah. There are market rate micro units in the building for which they are charging almost $2,600/month. It's not about singles who are out on the street; the vast majority of people living in this City can't afford to pay that in rent. It's just capitalism.
