For those of you that mentioned that you went through 2 or 3 appeals, did either of you have more than one appeal with HPD for this one development? Thanks your help here. I'm not in this lottery, but I've been following your pain!

I only had one with Breaking Ground one with HDC.

Probably because Breaking Ground turned down his first appeal? The next step is HPD or HDC, whatever agency is handling the development.

Interviewed at the end of May, no movement on my file whatsoever till August, and moved in at the end of October. No appeals.

Manner - have you heard from Gotham yet? Have you set up your lease signing date?

Nope, nothing yet. Maybe HDC changed their mind

I dont think anyone who has moved in had to wait this long post HDC approval
