Have space in the bathroom for the litter-box this place sounds like heaven to me.

Do the bathrooms have the venting that turns on with the lights or separate switch?

Any updates? Our file is moving on to compliance now. Been 6 months and counting...

I saw the market rate studios in Ashland. I lived in a studio across the street in Rockwell for a month. The Ashland studios were definitely smaller, but a bit nicer as far as view and finishes.

Congrats, happy for you . How long was it from being advised of HDC approval to scheduling your lease signing?

Thanks! Once HDC approved it, it took about 2 days for the building to contact us. Heads up - once they contact you, your lease must start within ONE MONTH from the day the contact you. So, now we have to break our current lease. Sure hope its worth it.

Wow, yeah I did hear that things move really fast from that point on. You must be so excited! I'm still waiting for HDC approval but I have all things running around in my head (lol). Hopefully soon, I'll be able to say the same
