went for a studio unit showing yesterday. its a good unit, just no "wow" factor. but def. better than 535carlton ave. just not sure if it justifies for the amt that i'd be paying for.

What floor how was the layout etc? Do you think you will take it?

it was this layout. http://www.theashlandbk.com/floorpla...and_B19-43.pdf in one of the lower floors. can only say 10-15 range for now. i "can" take it. but alot of re-evaluating this wkend. being the fact that it was also on one of the lower floors shorta puts me off too. i can only say, it looks spacious on paper until you get there.lol its not SMALL..but def. can be a tad more spacious.

Fair enough - I personally love your layout more than I like mine.

Mine is a studio but looks more like an it's an alcove/junior one bedroom can't say I love it either, but I love the neighborhood, my commute would be insanely easy.

whats your layout? flr range? you got one of those with the sleeping alcove? can we swap? LOL

I didn't see my layout on the site. It's the 6th floor, which kinda annoyed me at first but then I wouldn't want to be on a high floor either.

I would switch in a heart beat....

Im not in this lottery but I like that layout - atleast the kitchen area would be away from the bed area. some studios' layouts are so weird where the kitchen is all the way at the end of the room or right smack in the middle of the room, making it really difficult and strategic to lay out your furniture

If I get that for a (2) person household, thats a dealbreaker
