@TheWeeBabySeamus - I'm also curious about your log number. HDC is going through applications in log # order, I believe.

My log number is 12,xxx

I'm in the 165% AMI band for a studio, under 20th floor, regular studio layout; no alcove for me

See, that's crazy to me that people in lower bands are getting nicer alcove studios. I mean, great for everyone, of course, but man, in that band, your rent ain't going to be cheap - You are, dang near, paying market rate

i agree. this looks like a fk up on BG's behalf. alcove units should've been reserved for those paying 2k+

I'm so disgusted, I'm seriously thinking of walking away, because apparently even if you are assigned a unit someone with a lower log number can still get it if processed before you, how does that make sense? then why put me through the ringer? 2K a month is not cheap - this is not fudging free cheese.:e ek:

I wish the Hubb had better reviews because you can get a studio with an in unit W/D for $2284. Ashland is another floor and 2.50 per load wash or dry.

Can you tell I'm mad? I just can't.

My file is still pending HDC but I just feel completely dejected.
