MannerundKatze: But did they tell you there are no more one bedrooms? I was told that so had to make a decision about the studio. That said, if BG is playing by the rules, wouldnt that depend on your log number?
I didn't ask and nothing was mentioned only that we are with leasing
if you are with leasing, then they should def. have a potential unit tagged for you..because why go through the whole process just to be wait listed?
Yes, but what is the question. I was with Leasing when I was told it would be a studio if I was still interested. But again, I would think it would be dependent on your log number.
because honestly, if you're expecting them to review 'wait listed" candidates.. ha. right. yeah..this agency can barely keep up with ACTIVE candidates.. its like a resume kept on file on a recruiters desk. how many actually go over the old ones..when they get new ones daily..and with these lottos, once is filled, its on a back fill/wait listing period, if everyone fails from the waitlisting period, then it gets re-opened for a spot to be wait listed.

Oh right, that makes sense, because they would know what they have for who...Ok, Im starting to get this process...
I'd be shocked (pleasantly) if these units are available through lottery. That's the best 1BR layout in the building!
And no one should be shocked to see there are definite differences between the lottery apts and the MR ones. I was p*ssed considering I'm pay 2K for basically what I consider a box.
that said, I know people who would pay market rate for these too...
