Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I had to resign documents to send to HDC, so its not a sure thing at that/this point, but at this stage in the game and at your AMI, I would hedge a bet that you are good.
Signed HPD papers on the 15th, still waiting for either the breaking ground or Gotham whistle to blow.
