Yipes, I feel bad for you. It's only 31 degrees, man up!
Tell them to take the one out of 17A - that's one of our units and I know it's still empty.

Well, guys, thought I'd let the 250 Ashland Group know that I got my apartment in midtown Manhattan. It's a studio. I'm not sure how it looks like, but I go for the viewing today at 2pm. So excited... or not
