To my understanding is just to shed more light on the Mobile deposit shown on your statement of account. In your own interest, just do it... It cost you nothing.
Actually getting something notarized costs a couple bucks
But in all seriousness, if I have to get a notarized letter of explanation for every deposit I've made it's gonna be a headache.
^ f off. You got yours. Some of us are very bitter about the entire process, and rightfully so. So there's nothing wrong with commenting on the faults of the building which have been common knowledge since 2011.
I have a dog. After finding out all of this stuff, I would never want her to live in an apartment with windows that open barely a crack and reliant on cheap ass PTAC units for air. There's a reason why they nixed the three bedrooms in this building and filled it with mostly studios and one bedrooms... Because only morons would raise children and a family in this kind of shoddy construction.
It's totally misleading. Where's your proof that there's "toxic mold" anywhere as of 3/2017? You're mad because you didn't win an apartment in a LOTTERY & you can't help but to keep coming back here & snarfing all over the forum. I know this might be a shock...but you aren't the only person who went through this process and came up empty. So no...you f off. That was horribly rude.
